Although, like all the other months, the month of October requires a few specific precautionary necessities. But due to a clear gradient between hot and cold weather in this month, the beau that ensues in one’s attitude cannot be found in any other month other that of the month of April.

The month of October clearly pronounces the arrival of winter. Other than those places that are near the ocean, and have a moderate climate, this month is of autumn. And every soul feels a clear change in their health and strength. Due to this they appear active and fresh. Despite the dew of the morning and the effects of dry winds between the mornings and evenings everyone feels themselves to be functional, readiness, blissful, and freshness in their personality. Although this is not true that this would happen to everyone. The month of October is a cause of winds in the plains and calm in the mountains. The northern areas start coming under the spell of snow-fall. During this month arrangements for dietary and clothing changes are not only important from the climatic point of view, but also from the point of view of health.

Say Goodbye to Artificial Tastes and Adopt Natural Tastes

October is that month in which the elders are normally affected by flue and cold. Youngsters are affected by pneumonia, dry cough, fever and other such ailments. So in this month it is important to take all the precautionary measures. Otherwise this change of weather can be a start of many ailments. Those infants who are having this as the first winter they should start wearing warm clothes. And change the diet too. During this season it is beneficial for the children and elders to bathe with lukewarm water and save them from being exposed to wind after that. During October because there is a lot of difference between the temperatures of the day and the night, choose the dress and the bed accordingly. Normally due to the high speed of the air of the fan the complaint of pain in the legs while people get up in the morning increases. In vegetables use white radish, turnip and many other such dishes. So it is good to cook a blend of them along with pickle and spinach. Do not waste the fresh and green leaves of the leafy vegetables. Introduce children to the tastes of the vegetables from the beginning. Although this depends on the mother because as soon as the pregnancy starts, the likes and dislikes of the mother affect the children. So in order to see the coming generations as healthy, change the unhealthy customs and try to enjoy the lifestyle that is closest to nature. In fruits, use melons, oranges, grapefruit, apples, bananas, pomegranate, and many other fruits which are always ready to be eaten by you. So say goodbye to artificial tastes and adopt natural tastes. Instead of wasting money of showing off about worldly trivial things, make your children habitual about vegetables and fruit. For the dryness of the skin use a blend of rose extract, lemon extract and glycerin in equal proportions which has been tried and tested over decades. Use equal amounts of them. Massage the bodies of children regularly with oil. Autumn has its typical joy associated with it, enjoy it to the fullest.

Entertainment and Traveling: If you are weak from a health point of view, and you cannot endure the cold of this month, then the best exercise for you is to sit in the sun and get a massage of the oil of sesame. If you are healthy and strong then wake up early in the morning at around 5:00 – 6:00 am. And after getting free of your needs go to an open field for a walk. Walk at least for 1–2 kilometers. If you cannot go for a walk then in a big room do a proper exercise according to your circumstances. After getting free from walk or exercise bathe with lukewarm water. And wear your clothes and get ready for the breakfast.
